What's included in the weekly updates?
These are emails from Lindsay with tips and strategies to help you stay on track. They go hand in hand with our calls, as well as show you best practices for email campaigns, tasting room experiences, and more.
When is the first Roundtable meeting?
After you purchase, you will join the next Roundtable call. Those happen on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
How do I join the calls?
Once you enroll, you will be registered via Zoom, and receive an email with instructions. You must have a camera and microphone on the computer you will use.
What topics are covered?
We discuss the latest trends for the wine industry, and the calls are based on your requests. Marketing, wine club, experiences, guest path, and branding are just a few of the topics we have covered over the past two years.
What happens if I miss a call?
We get it, unexpected things happen! You will still receive a brief recap of the call, but if you miss more than two consecutive calls, we may unenroll you from the group. Participation is KEY to making this work for you!
How do I set up my team to take the online classes?
Lindsay will take care of that for you! After you purchase, she will send an email with all of the information...most wineries are set up within 24 hours!
How do I know if my team is taking the online classes?
You, or managers on your team, will have "manager access" to see how your team is performing. They can also print out completion certificates to show you.
Can the courses be accessed via phone?
If you have an iPhone, absolutely! You may also view on a desktop or iPad.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your DTC Growth Membership, you may cancel at any time.
